      Pros

      Exposure to various levels of experience and technologies A lot of consultants/analysts went out of their way to help a leader in supply chain management

      Cons

      Too many people work ridiculously long hours, some without proper amount of rest Management liked to use "us" when times were good, but when things went sour, they said some of "You" will have to make sacrifices. Layoffs of so many people in such a short period of time was disasterous. Some of those affected had been there almost since MA began, and was unceremoniously shown the door for their loyalty.

      Lots of smart people - MANH has some of the smartest and hard working people I've ever encountered in technology Interesting problems to solve

      Cons

      Work Environment - There are very long hours, with almost no appreciation for he extra work that needed. I once worked on a project that had 5 straight weeks of 80+ hour weeks, and didn't even receive as much as a thank you for the extra work getting the release completed.

      it is a good place to work because the work is on newer technologies, and there are chances of growth for hard working people. good compensation..

      Cons

      too much work in some teams.. Management is full of people who have come from technological background, so they just dont have any management skills.. too much pressure on employees..
