Pros

Good benefits, mostly friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Constantly reorganizing and replacing managers. Too many hands in the cookie jar with engineering projects. Typical ruthless publicly traded company, shareholders are more important than employees and customer satisfaction. The company will reduce head count to please shareholders regardless of the merit of employees. The engineering department is being off-shored.

- The people you work with on a daily basis are fantastic. - When sales are good, it is a great company to work for. - They take Kaisen events seriously.

Cons

- when sales targets are not met, leadership makes sharp decisions disregarding the value each associate brings. - Leadership expects near instant change performance before giving new strategy a chance to develop. - non-thought out set of priorities from leadership, which spread resources too thin and make the entire team ineffective.
