Cons

Layoff after layoff after layoff. The company is a bunch of good old boys that think any change is bad. The CEO is a buffoon that makes decisions and speaks before thinking. This is a horrible place to work.

None. I'd really say if you recognize that you will be lied to from the outset then maybe that's a pro.

Cons

HR is dishonest and terrible starting with the leadership. Absolutely the most incompetent non accountable bunch of people I've ever seen.

No good reasons to work at the Manitowoc Company - both divisions are falling apart.

Cons

Senior management are not in touch with reality nor are there any solid experience to lead. Selfish individuals looking out for themselves with little regard of the customer. Quality is no longer important.
