      - Collaborative, supportive, creative, innovative - Encourages transparent communication - Truly caring professionals, passionate about their work - Considerably more relaxed than a standard office environment - Opportunities to participate in community outings that include Badger football, Milwaukee Bucks games, hiking, local restaurants, and even paid volunteer time - onsite meals, snacks, and coffee provided at no cost - great health insurance - excellent PTO - accessible executive team - meaningful and fulling work

      -not the highest paying opportunities but truly a much happier workplace than may other companies with great benefits

      Pros

      I have worked at MH for 3 years. I have worked in multiple positions and learned a lot about the company. I have experienced support from all levels and job titles within the organization. The culture and atmosphere is generally warm and thoughtful. Employees care for one another and the work we do.

      Cons

      A few leadership changes. Job can deal with tricky and difficult situations.

      Had a very supportive and understanding boss. This was for a remote job so can't comment on onsite environment.
