You work here and you get shares in the company year on year my balances have grown more than my annual salary. Pay is way above for similar roles. I get bonuses and I can get overtime when ever I want most weeks

Cons

That I have to work one day on the weekend but I get why Always have OTA available because this is how I pay for Xmas : )

Take multiple calls cant eat at desk cant read at desk cant browse the internet cant play with your phone

We run a professional environment and it is important to stay focused on the caller when you are on the clock. Therefore we do not allow eating, reading, browsing the internet and playing with your phone when you are supposed to be working. Sorry
