Leads and appointments are set for you.

Cons

-revolving door. Management and agents leave or get fired on pretty much a weekly/monthly basis. You could go on vacation and come back to a whole new company. -Micromanagement -So many unnecessary meetings -Horrible management -Terrible commission splits -Driving an hour or more to unconfirmed appointments -Teaching agents to misrepresent the truth to get people to sign contracts.

Offer lots of training that you can utilize at other companies.

They do not want you to call or text to confirm your appointments made by online personnel because management is concerned that clients will cancel. This is a stupid business model. As a consumer, I see it as professional for the employee to reach out, build rapport, connect, answer questions and confirm our appointment. As an employee it was ridiculous for me to spend time running CMA’s and doing research on a property to drive an hour and 15 mins one way to knock on the door and have no one answer. The client I believe was often confused as to who to call or text if they did need reschedule or cancel. I will never know because as an agent, we were never part of the scheduling process or taking calls/leads when they come in.
