Driving far for appointments and horrible splits

They provide leads that are interested in cash offers.

Cons

Appointments are set with ISA. No control over when appts are set and where. I would constantly receive appointments a couple hours away from me. Not worth the 18% split you receive.

Training is great. Great values and fundamentals. A good place to start your real estate career on a short term basis.

Cons

More like a corporate job structure with mandatory meetings, extremely LOW, LOW commission, and no real control of your real estate business.
