Dedicated employees who really care about our customers Lots of longer term employees who provide great continuity and history - low turnover Company has mastered having many remote employees yet still fostering a strong culture Great customer relationships - real turnaround from 3 years ago Great customer service Strong work ethic

Sometimes limited resources really hamper progress with technology We service a wide variety of needs across our customer base - sometimes hard to please everyone

Pros

Great company in a great location. Largest provider of traffic software to the radio industry with the best products. This company has been around since the 1960's! Work hard, know the software, understand the needs of the clients and you can have a job for as long as you want it.

Cons

We are in a competitive marketplace where other companies are cutting rates to win business from us. That means frequent belt-tightening and fewer people than we could use to support and manage all of our products.

Travel was sometimes overbearing Low starting pay

Some positions such as sales do require travel. The managers within the sales team realize that work/life balance is important and try to work with our employees to make sure that the employees are not on the road too much.
