Pros

About the only reason to work there is if you live in Hailey, ID and you cannot get a job anywhere else.

Cons

The company is in a downward spiral. How fast is a matter of opinion but they are losing marketshare, laying people off on a regular basis and not delivering anything new to the marketplace.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was not pleasant at Marketron. We have offices located in Idaho, Colorado, Illinois, Alabama, Toronto and Oregon. In addition to the office locations Marketron has approximately half of our workforce that works from their home offices all over the United States. The owners believe in the direction that Jeff Haley (CEO) is taking our organization and they support our new products and services. Employee satisfaction has been steadily increasing since the change of senior management in 2012.

It's a nice location to work from but not a company that could be considered long term.

Pros

There are great people to work with that have a lot of experience in the industry. The location is exceptionally beautiful and close to skiing and a high end resort.

Cons

Marketron is owned by an investment group in New York that permeates all levels of the company. Decisions are often made by the bottom line rather than quality of product or quality of life. Because of the isolated location many employees have been there many years so there is no room for advancement, until more lay offs occur. This has soured certain individuals in the company that make the work environment more difficult than it has to be.
