Pros

It's a fun job and can be very beneficial for college student: you got a free room with cable, free meal and several small perk (free printing for example). You can improve a lot of your skills, including time management, event planning and communication

Cons

The job can be busy and even overwhelmed sometime if you don't have a good time management skill
