Good work life balance. Friendly employees.

Cons

There is no consistancy in policy or procedure. You could ask 5 people how something is supposed to be done and get 5 answers. They look the other way when employees are acting unethically or not providing proper education to the students. Complaints from students and those outside of faculty are totally disregarded.
