I love working for Marshall. I can do what I need to do to accomplish goals. I can be creative and technical with full support of management. The benefits, time off, and teams are all great.

Cons

The only con would be it is state pay, which is devastating to my budget.

The best things about working at Marshall are that my peers re nice and supportive and it's a very positive atmosphere.

Cons

As adjunct faculty, it's hard to know the pros and cons well because you are distinctly not part of the team.
