Pros

Some of my co-workers made working there bearable. Flexible hours for school (sometimes) 10% Okay job for college and high school students.

Cons

Only me in my department and management thinks that's fine. Way too understaffed. Made me work before, during, and after every holiday since I've worked there. Scheduled me to work 32+ hours during the holidays even though I am part time which is 25 and below. Refused to give me time off during holidays even though it is required to put in a notice 3 months beforehand. Managers do not appreciate all the work you put in. Schedules me to work during school hours frequently. Always schedules me for weekends (Thursday-Monday), and won't get one day off on the weekend unless I schedule it. NO way to advance unless you are a full time worker

Pros

Ok pay for management and recently changes were made to make hourly wages to help make them competitive with other stores.

Cons

A lot of stress placed on coordinator, ASM, and Store Managers. District management is weak overall and Regional HR is terrible. No support for stores. PT hourly associates forced to only work 20 hours max due to ACA.
