      Pros

      Some coworkers were cool. And they built a new lunchroom that’s pretty good

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. At least in most departments it is. I think most employees here have been here so long that they don’t know any better. I’ve seen many employees come and leave to other jobs with higher pay. The owners make a ton of money but are stingy to reward their employees.

      All around fake personnel that step on others for personal gain. Terrible management. No value in ethics. Company has no future. Avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      great product line and exposure to the defense industry. some of the senior management is great people with a lot of knowledge. (one or two VP ).

      Cons

      it is difficult to list all. Horrible communication between departments and backstabbing between department head is usual. Huge turnover in mid-level managers.
