      Pros

      I have met some of the greatest people at Marvin.

      Cons

      I've also met some of the worst people at Marvin. The company makes you feel as big as an ant, from low level managers to the the President. They want to make sure you know your place. And when they say they are interested in hearing your thoughts, they take those thoughts and use them against you. UNLESS it can be used against someone else they don't like. Very much a "pick and choose" company.

      An enormous backlog, excellent health care.

      Cons

      Nonexempt workers treated as hourly. You can work a lot of overtime, but are limited to 3 days personal leave per year. If you work 6hrs and leave for 2 to visit Dr, you are charged 2 hrs personal leave, even though you exceed 40 hrs for the week. Very high turnover in mid level management.
