Maintains its mom & pop roots, family oriented Lots of good (non mgmt) people working there Near the police station- definitely a pro in Inglewood
Cons
Pay is not commiserate with industry standards LOTS of nepotism, relatives and friends are routinely hired who are not held to the same rules. Leadership is WEAK, take forever to make decisions, many have no formal mgmt skills/promotion is based on tenure and who you know, not your actual ability. Very top heavy in Exec Mgmt. everyone is a Director or VP of this or that. Very mgmt. oriented, your opinions, input and experience are not valued unless you are a manager. No one manages the managers, they are left to do whatever they want & treat you any kind of way and are never held accountable for it. No parking Poor communication of company issues Honesty & transparency with customers are almost fireable offenses
