Inept management, management style is micromanagement. Most people have no other experience besides their experience at this company. If you think you want to enter an aerospace company and gain experience, this is not the company for you, there are many other aerospace companies that you can learn a lot from. Most of these people have no other experience besides working at Marvin.

This is the place for you if you: -barely completed that online college program and need to work at a place where your lack of work skills will go unchallenged - have a pathological need to manipulate people - can hardly speak English, but your Spanish is excellent - like being surrounded by your relatives at work and in your Mom’s sub-let garage at home - have no hopes of ever being recognized as an industry leader

Cons

If you are a mid- or upper-level manager looking to advance your career by transferring to a new company, this isn’t the place for you. Careers come here to die.
