Over promised and under delivered opportunity.

Cutting edge technologies and R&D. Irvine is nice place to visit. Ritz Carlton for NSM.

Cons

Pie in the sky upfront. Took over a territory that was described as having full opportunity for great renewals and future business. I was led into a "burning building!" My first renewal covered 7 hospitals and took an acct buying only sensors to embedding Masimo boards into monitors and was told I would receive less commission for essentially locking in Masimo proprietary technology. This reduced competitive threats for years to come. This was counter intuitive for me as a professions sales person to be penalized for selling more technology to the customer.

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Company must is to have fun while you work!!!! The people have smile and are very positive. They provide 3 weeks vacation a year and 1 week sick time. No probationary period. People are helpful and a joy to work with. No set schedule, no one looking over your shoulder.

Cons

Training could be more organized but everyone had time for questions when asked.

You get to enjoy late night pizza with your co-workers instead of your family.

Cons

Company won't invest in infrastructure as they cut costs across the business which is why the Company hasn't invested in a real ERP software system. They use "Expandable" as their GL software which nobody has ever heard of. They have no planning and consolidation tools. They have BI tools but no IT support to make sure it works. This place is a waste of time. On top of that, salaries are stingy for everyone not at the top of the ladder and nobody in the group has ever been promoted. The company has a joke of an employee stuck purchase plan, benefits are super expensive with high deductibles.
