Pros

$15 per client, flexible, good therapists, clean rooms, clean sheets

Cons

Management is horrible/rude, lying front desk, bad vibe, maybe 1-3 clients a day if they don't call you and tell you to stay home.

Open 7days a week, dental, vision insurance for full time employees after 90 days, discounts for employees on services, 20%off products.

Cons

Franchise owners micro manage, negative work environment, turn over high, lack of follow through, no health care, benefits CEUs promised then not given, PTO kept secret, bonus' are unrealistic.
