Pros

pay was good, especially for lead therapist, clients were good

Cons

tiniest break room ever had to do the laundry, which was never ending. if you weren't working you were doing laundry also expected to do advertising, i.e. flyering, without being paid for it

Pros

nice clients mostly, steady paycheck more flexible about giving breaks than massage envy

Cons

some co-workers were thieves they stole my cc info then when i started locking purse in car they started trying to get into my car so then i had to hide the car from them this meant that i had to walk a long way to my car after work and this was not safe seeing that i worked on the night shift and i am a small female also there was no coaching if there were problems just fired out of the blue with no warning

Pros

I met some awesome unforgettable people!

Cons

Turn over rate high, I've never heard one associate say that they loved their job the entire time I worked there. A lot of the information they give out to the guest is dishonest. Due to their lack of therapist, they instruct Associates to tell guest that there has been family emergencys or that all of our massage therapist are "busy", "committed", or "fully booked"... They do not thoroughly train employees. DISCRIMINATION was the biggest disappointment. Some people could get away with certain images that others could not. The management doesn't have appreciation for loyalty that has been given to their company... Not from guest or employees. If you are not placing money in their pocket they could care less. It's great to bring in revenue however, it's great to be and feel appreciated for the work that you do outside your work hours as well as your time clocked in. Overall this was one of my worst jobs ever!
