Future product pipeline is weak and slow. This is not a nimble organization. Recent restructuring, acquisition and job cuts have created a real negative culture. Not much being actively done to correct the culture. There is no retention plan in place for roles which have very limited or no future growth path. Attitude of Sr. Management is that your luck just to have a job and should be grateful.

Many upper level changes in recent years lead to confusion of direction. Company wide software tool not doing a job helping people solving there day to day problems. Dominate market position result in less competition thus weaken company's strategy in continuous growth
