Pros

Mathnasium is a fun place to work. It is very rewarding to work with students and watch them learn and grow into comprehending math. The methods they use are very good, even as an instructor you will learn a lot. There is also lots of room to move up in the company!

Cons

Not much work as an instructor during winters and summers. Students can be difficult to work with at times. Mostly good though! This is a part time job, so don't expect medical benefits.
