Wednesday lunch. That’s about it.

Cons

Toxic manipulative culture. No diversity. A sinking ship struggling to survive in the tough market. Managers have no experience in management. Poor leadership constantly hiring and laying off people. Average 6 month employee retention period (managers 2/3+ years).

Pros

If you produce well, you can take more time off. Lunch every Wednesday is nice. The office building is very new as well.

Cons

A lot of changes are constantly being made, not the best hourly starting rate, 60 plus policies a month or no commission. Training is not very productive as well. If you leave within the first year of Matic paying for your licensing, you will have to pay it back.
