Pros

As an intense smiler and dialer, the relaxed yet focused nature of the sales floor allows me to focus on my effort. As I use my intense focused persona, I appreciate the good coaching I am getting from my managers. Going well!

Cons

I would appreciate the option to work remote after a certain period of time. If wanted.

Benefits, paid time off, Health insurance paid by employer 100%, you control your own success

Cons

Bonus comp plan. They do not pay you fairly unless you are in the top 10% of agents in the company. They have not made adjustments to comp plan to line up with current insurance market

Pros

Free lunch once a week. Met some really great people during training that are now friends. Location of the office can be a good or bad thing for some.

Cons

Quality of leads paired with lack of effort to obtain new leads. Training does not prepare you for the job. Unethical agents rewarded. Benefits package minimal compared to the industry. Commission structure is not obtainable with carrier placed restrictions and current insurance market. Hourly pay too low to manage finances. Office morale is very low. 1 out of 7 in our training class made it. Either by choice, or didn't make the cut. Hard to grasp their concept.
