If you are good then you can make a lot of money without having a lot of stress of hours

Cons

If you are not doing well then you make no money at all. Also you are mostly working nights and Saturdays

Pros

Very fun and engaging job. The people that make up the Matrix workforce are great. There isn't a "corporate feel," more of a family feel. Everyone works together and is on the same page to complete jobs and make customers happy. I'm never looking at the clock like i did in previous jobs. Ability to have autonomous control over your success, workload, pay, etc is nothing that you'll see anywhere else. You get what you put in. I also have the feeling of helping someone different on every single job.

Cons

Sometimes the days are long, but that doesn't bother me that much.
