      Pay is good and good pto and sick leave.

      They don’t back their employees up and their insurance is a lot of money.

      Pros

      Communicating with the office in Colorado is pretty good they respond in a timely manner.

      Cons

      We were refused raises due to COVID. The 401k isn't good at all. It's not worth it. They don't even match a full percent. They make you exhaust all of your PTO and sick before you can use LWOP.
