Truthfully at this point, nothing. Not even working remotely feels positive anymore with the new micro-management strategies and Zoom video meetings to watch everything we do. I’m just glad that everyone seems to be on the same page, is putting their foot down, recognizing their worth, and leaving this awful company.

Friendly Staff and everyone works remotely.

Cons

Massive Lay Offs. Non Compliant with government procedures & practices. Promotions are based on who you know, not experience or education. Mostly family members are hired (Nepotism). No diversity & Inclusion. Departments have very low morale and it is a hostile environment in many departments. Do not consider this a place for a long career AT ALL!!!
