Remote position. Top notch equipment to make it easy to do your job. Flexibility in schedule. Open to suggestions. Helpful team members. Endless job boards and advertising available to help you get your positions filled

Cons

The only con I would say I've experience is I came on board during a restructuring of the company which made things a little difficult. Even so, everyone was very helpful and gave me as much help and direction as possible.

Over the course of my career with Matrix, I’ve been given many opportunities to excel and great mentors. My management truly cares about me and my coworkers, and I have never felt like I was just a number. I also have had the pleasure of working with the most amazing healthcare workers across all specialties!

Cons

I don’t have any cons- even throughout change and hard times, we’ve been able to take it in stride as a company and pull together to get the job done.
