Pros

Some very smart and driven marketing folks. Frequent exposure to executive management and their perspectives on the market and product development. You'll gain broad marketing experience developing products from scratch every year with designers and engineers.

Cons

Don't be fooled by any note of work-life balance, the idea that you can leave early on Fridays, etc. It's an intense job and requires long hours. Some upper management team members are known to be condescending and are morale killers for many employees.

Pros

Great people - fun, intelligent and full of energy High quality products that people can take pride in Good corporate integrity

Cons

Poor work life balance - long hours, extensive travel, and weekends You would think a company this size would have better processes in place, especially on boarding but that is not the case.
