      Great team but super delayed promotions

      Supportive team Amazing and talented people at the company Unlimited PTO Good first job out of college

      Cons

      Office politics often interfere with your chances of a promotion, especially if you're at the bottom of the hierarchy. If you're young, they'll take advantage of you and delay your promotion even if the years of service qualify for the next level. Some areas have stronger power dynamics in the meeting room, which causes issues in collaboration. There are limited career growth opportunities if you're looking to build a strong technical foundation and the toy industry may not be for everyone.

      Super slow-moving processes A lot of red tape and cooks in the kitchen. People just want to chime in on an idea to say they contributed while slowing down the processes Many layoffs and reorgs that don't do anything to shift the strategic lens o the company, but decrease employee motivation to try Living in the legacy of their hit IP, but total business performance is sinking. Share price hasn't risen in 5 years.
