Great people to work with, a very healthy environment, and you get to work on cool products on the licensor brand. People think your job is cool. It's a very collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

Cons

Lots of layoffs and reorgs recently, putting extra stress on everyone that remains.

Pros

It's really a good place for work and a good stepping stone company, it has good salary, good improvement environment and well-being program.

Cons

In my experience, the political office of high management level is quite intense and not that good, for special case it sacrifice the lower and middle level staff. However, I think every company has this kind of situation, so overall, Mattel is a good one.
