Corporate office and campus is a fun environment with a gym on-site, volleyball and basketball courts, and vibrant colors and decor in the office.

Cons

A lot of red tape to make dept changes, VPs don't apply the policies evenly across all employees, less flexibility recently with remote and hybrid work, don't value long tenured employees in more recent years vs historical practice, less company events and but a push to be in office 4 days a week, promotions can be difficult to achieve but you may still be stuck with the work of a higher level position
