unprofessional management talked constantly about wanting to quit, not wanting to be there, and then turned around and told us to be positive, management prided friendships over work ethic, more emphasis on sales goals then overall productivity, the store stays messy.

Little creativity. Hostile environment at times. Your title generally has no correlation to what you are responsible for in your role and your workload. Very little growth and incentive. Job titles and descriptions change as quickly as the seasons, so upper management can avoid promoting you. Felt exploited, and unfortunately never compensated for. Between cross functional partners no one knows theirs roles and responsibilities.
