      Leadership opportunity to mentor/manage direct reports

      Dishonest, unethical employer Unaligned leadership and cross functional departments Environment of stonewalling, blaming, scapegoating, particularly from the Merchant team Subjective rather than objective feedback Revolving door No relocation support No on boarding or development. Not vested in your growth, you are simply a mule. Company didn’t support my relocation (I became temporarily homeless), didn’t secure my health benefits in time under the terms of my contract, and lied about grossing up my relocation (paying the taxes on it) so that I owed thousands of dollars during my Covid-19 furlough. Taking this job was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made.

      Pros

      Opportunity for advancement if you work hard and have great results. Great training program to support overall development. Culture to support exceptional customer experience by putting the customer first. I had 14 wonderful years working for the company and was able to hold several positions throughout my tenure. Check out maurices, you will not be disappointed

      Cons

      The care team center has some issues that need to be worked out. The company has taken a proactive approach to addressing the issues however, it can get frustrating when you are trying to solve a customer issue and the center gives you the runaround.

      There is nothing positive about working here except the discount and benefits, if you get them.

      Cons

      Miscommunication, there is NO work-life balance, they DO NOT CARE if you have children or a family, and they LIE to cover their own self. And you will never get a promotion without having to put up nearly a literal fight for one. Nothing but drama & pettiness.
