Maurices needs to stick to the basics.it seems every month we are coming up with a new strategy to bother the customer even more. Also, when you see the news that the company is going down hill, there is no job security.

If you are a manager, expect to work every single weekend, unless you request off. The company doesn't give stores enough hours to complete all of the tasks that they expect. The pay is low considering the responsibilities and expectations. There are constant budget cuts, giving more responsibilities to associates, which would be fine, if the company gave stores more hours and paid associates for the extra work. Upper management can be hard to communicate with, even though they say there is open communication.
