Pros
The discount is good, and the clothes are nice. I still like shopping there despite the terrible employment experience that I had.
Cons
Maurices as a company doesn't care about its employees. I worked there for 2 years for one of those years I was a part-time assistant manager. On one occassion I and 3 others contacted HR about our manager personally attacking us and hey did virtually nothing. The store implement policies that mircromange everything you do. There's a certain step by step instruction manual for every task no matter how small, if you don't follow these procedures to a T then you are in the wrong and risk a write up from upper management.
