Hours, there's not enough hours in the payroll and when management don't get close to 40 hours they will complain. When they do get close to 40 hours they will complain. Part time hours aren't worth it. 6-20 don't expect anymore unless you're working holiday. There's no balance in your work life you may get a weekend off but they'll call you in all the time so instead of enjoying your weekend off you'll most likely make the decision to come in because of little to no hours. Pay, if you're an adult and this is your primary job you need to find a different job Drama, there was always some rumor going around about someone not liking someone Gossip, management is constantly talking about you no matter what! Another con is management is always pressuring you to buy Maurices clothes. More the brand more and your hours may greatly be impacted if you don't.
