      Pros

      Pay is decent. But not for what you get in exchange.

      Cons

      Work load was overwhelming. The store leader did not know how to handle the store properly. Constant drama with the workers and no respect. The store was a disaster. Professionalism was butchered day by day. Long hours because no one shows up so you take the fall.

      Pros

      Great place to work as a teenager. Part-time offers good hours for someone who is still in high school. Amazing flexibility.

      Cons

      Maurices invites you to grow within the company but makes it virtually impossible to do so. Not a good long-term job unless you get lucky and make it to higher ranks. Worked here for almost 4 years and have only gotten one 25 cent raise from the company. Whether you have a good or bad experience working at Maurices is completely dependent on management.
