      Pros

      You do get an employee discount which is great. You get the opportunity to work with some good people.

      Cons

      Managing store to store probably varies quite a bit, but the manager is the full reason I quit. There is a lot of favoritism, which nobody cares to keep quiet about. There were a lot of questionable things I had to go through with that job in relation to the manager that are in no way acceptable in a place of work.

      Great retailer to work for, but they have high expectations

      Pros

      For retail, the work/life balance is great. Store managers are expected to only work the 40 hours a week. I've had supportive bosses and a fun, customer -focused environment for the better part of my career.

      Cons

      You are expected to do a lot. Expectations are high and you need to be on your game every day. There is rarely a day there is not a lot to do. Technology is behind and sucks about 50% of the time
