      Pros

      All in all, the company is pretty decent! Great resources to learn and grow. Perfect first retail job, it'll make you the best sales person in surrounding counties, will teach you a lot about fashion and selling, would reccommend this to everyone as a first job! Very fast paced. Great discount, very nice clothes, fun music, they give you a lot of freedom and responsibility. Opportunity to move up very quickly!

      Cons

      Pay is not amazing, high stress, very large goals to meet, have numbers and goals you are rated on and can be written up for if you don't meet, no commission..

      Pros

      Training program, home-town feel. The MBA is amazing because you have a three level program that allows managers to continue to achieve once they have reached that position. You work with the uplink of distribution members to keep growing within the company, and the opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      Part time, and short days.

      Pros

      Great discount, even on clearance! You get a discount at sister stores also! Great feedback if you need help, there's a lot of busy moments but on the downtimes it's great to work on MBA program or Role play if you need help in certain areas.

      Cons

      When the malls slow down it is really hard to make your goal, especially if you get a slow night. If others work 4 hours a week , of course they'll bet produce because they aren't worked. Give us some acknowledgement for our hard work if we are working more hours and making goals!
