      discount, maurices cares about their employees, great at motivating you, friendly staff, room for moving up, mba training program

      Pros

      ~ Maurice's is customer "obsessed", so they encourage you to take the time and talk to the customers and have that one-on-one conversations with them. ~ They encourage you to constantly invest time in self growth. They encourage each employee to take part in the "MBA" program which teaches them the in's and out's of the company and prepares them for the next level.

      Cons

      ~ Sometimes overwhelming. There are times that there are not enough hours in the day to accomplish the tasks that are suppose to be completed. ~ Because Maurice's expects so much from each employee they have several "standards" that you are held accountable for on a weekly basis. (Once again, sometimes overwhelming)

      Pros

      Flexible with schedule, competitive pay, in depth training, perks for exceeding standards, discount on clothes and at other stores owned by parent company, bonuses for working as a team, and amazing growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Not a set schedule. Mainly all female staff with young age ranges: without strong management team the gossip and ranting can getting suffocating. Lack of creative freedom with body forms and presentation of merch.
