Over all it's really not that bad of a place to work

"""*if you do not look the part you will not get hired! - you must look like a mannequin every day. no tennishoes you must wear 7-9 peices or more top to bottom including layers and accesories if you dont keep it up you will be let go ***over all you do want to look the part and look like you belong there and that you are aware of the fashions of today you are working in a clothing store*** they expect "customer obsession" the entire time you are there which means you to greet every person who walks in the door, get to know all of them personally and do their shopping with them like you are bestfriends - if i was a customer i wouldnt like that i would probably keep me from returning to the store if i would have an experiance like that it freaks me out If you do not show customer obsession you will be let go they are very pushy when it comes to ADS (average dollar sale), UPT (units per transaction) and MCC (maurices credit cards) you have daily goals for all 3 if you are not a net producet you will be let go
