      Pros

      40% employee discount Good hours Work isn't very hard That's all the pros I can think of.

      Cons

      Drama Corporate has an unrealistic view of their company and employees Huge unrealistic goals No commission Managers play favorites Start you out at minimum wage and trying to get a decent raise is like pulling teeth Many promotions (such as Keyholder position) do not come with a raise so you do the maximum amount of work at minimal pay

      Pros

      Good discount and company seems to want to take care of their associates. The company might be good but my am was not.

      Cons

      Store manager would kick, hit, throw things at and degrade team members. Apparently leaving bruises on team members is acceptable and even considered as him joking. Store manager went over two months of either not working at all or barely working three half days. Not consistent with treatment among team.

      Pros

      The pay, the discount, the training, and the people. There is NOTHING wrong with this company, it's an amazing one! I'm just not big on retail and I am more in love with food service.

      Cons

      Selling credit, helping people trying on clothes, keeping an eye open for shop lifters.
