      Great Team, terrible company

      Pros

      Great team environment, great place to learn, great product, great visual presentation. Learned a lot from my store manager and got great experience as a full time myself.

      Cons

      Upper management had unrealistic expectations with few hours. Pay also left a lot to be desired. They wanted a lot of time and dedication but didn’t want to compensate hard workers properly.

      Pros

      Great place to work while going to college. Generous Discount Incentives-Bonuses One on one time with customers Fast-paced environment Co-workers become life long friends

      Cons

      At my location, I was overloaded with work that full time managers didn't want to do for little pay. Full time managers never worked evening shifts and always made part-time managers work the evenings even on weekends. Little room for improvement. Not a lot of weekends off. Not great work-life balance. Clothes can still be expensive with discount. My last fiscal year I worked there, company was doing well enough to give raises to employees that work at store level, but gave them to those that work in corporate.

      Pros

      Amazing company to work for, excellent training programs, extremely caring group of higher-ups.

      Cons

      The only cons about that job were having to reset the store for new POVs, but after seeing the hard work it was worth it anyway!
