      Pros

      Customers are lovely and you end up getting a lot of customers looking for you specifically. Lots of one on one time with your customers, good work environment

      Cons

      Management was a nightmare, never felt heard, always had a reason I was wrong for feeling under appreciated or wrongly accused. It was a toxic environment as a manager and the associates started noticing as well. Extremely frustrating

      Pros

      -Good Discount -Flexible with hours because you barely work -Cute clothes -Schedules are done two weeks out generally -Upbeat people -barely have to work if you want

      Cons

      -Low pay -Slow and boring shifts -Short shifts -can usually only get 15 hours a week tops if not in management position -Not best clothing quality -high school girls try to take advantage of college girls with shifts because they apparently think they have more busy lives -I usually got 10 hours a week, 3 shifts and had a completely open schedule except for two days a week
