      Pros

      Paid time off. Benefits are excellent and the environment was wonderful. The discount is awesome and love the sales. Awesome company.

      Cons

      Upper management . Not alot of professional plus size clothes. Individual sales goal made people feel like they had to compete with each other.

      Pros

      They treat all of their employees with respect and care. They are very understanding. Maurices has such a friendly environment and it is always great to hear that from costumers when they come in. I think the pay is right for the work as well. It is a fun job where you get to help people while working in such a great environment.

      Cons

      They always had so many cute clothes every week that most of my paycheck would go back to the company for new outfits.
