      I love working at Maurice's!

      Pros

      The employees are great. They are hardworking and dedicated. The clientele base is amazing and so fun to work with. The hours are typical retail, but very flexible if you need something upfront or short notice.

      Cons

      The specific team I was placed with had little to no weekend availability. The store I was working was extremely low volume and we didn't receive very much new product.

      Can't think of anything pro...maybe just the nice discount. And the associates were nice ( but not so much the managers).

      Cons

      Managers will embarrass you in front of other associates, bad at scheduling, poor pay, long hours, not very good with training.

      Pros

      Maurices sales training is amazing. I started out there having no clue what I was doing and they coached me through everything I needed to know! I've been there for months now and they are still coaching me and making sure I'm getting the best training. I love the environment working there and all of my co-workers are awesome and the discount is amazing too!

      Wish that I could work Full time there!
