      Great company, but inadequate supervision

      Pros

      Great family oriented company. Recently started closing on major holidays to promote family togetherness. Loved the discount and my customers.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement, even after promotions are promised. Two times I was promised full time after graduating from college, even after leaving and securing another job, and both times my manager swept it under the rug. Being a mom of two, full time compensation is a necessity.

      Pros

      Company is focused on evolving along with customer and business needs! Because of our customer service and fashion focus, we have an amazing and loyal following! Great discount, and fun environment and high potential for promotions.

      Cons

      If time management and training others thoroughly are not your strengths, it could be a challenge to get projects done.

      Pros

      Overall, great customers and super helpful CARE team. Pretty good benefits. The company really cares about their employees but field management does not match.

      Cons

      No diversity or inclusion here... don't expect to see minorities in management, just cookie cutter versions of the same person. Field management is infested with unprofessional women who don't know how to separate their personal feelings from business needs.
