The girls that I worked with played favorites and it was hard to get on their good side if they made an opinion about you. Hard with scheduling.

Pros

The care the executive team exhibits, the passion for our customer, the engagement of all associates. We're able to have fun. Opportunities for growth are endless as long as you're willing to create a path and drive the car to get there. It's an inspiring place to work. I'm genuinely proud to work for maurices.

Cons

Teams are lean, so if you don't have a team with strong work ethic and commitment, it can be difficult. Pay isn't as competitive as other industries. 401K package could be better.
