      Pros

      Was a great work life balance. I attended college while working here part time as an assistant manager. great company culture and motivational tactics.

      Cons

      too many bad hires in management and upper management. most of the people I was forced to work under were very catty and immature, sometimes creating a really negative environment.

      Pros

      Very ethical company, discounts on merchandise for employees and their families (including sale items), fun atmosphere, inviting work force. We had daily goals to meet which really helped motivate employees. We also had a store goal which helped us work together as a team.

      Cons

      none - it was a great experience. I only work there for a short period of time but it was enjoyable and I wish I didn't have to leave so soon (school started back up again)
